Process:  Okay I admit I just drooled when I saw the foliage frame, so believe it or not that was my start point.  I then chose the paper that would best fit the frame and used Artsy Paper2.  Next I looked for a winter photo to use and found little Risa in my stash.  I clipped the photo to the frame.  Next I chose the multimedia snowflake to help embellish that gorgeous frame and finished it off with wordart.

Process: Used Artsy Template 84 as my base, turned off some of the layers I didn't want to use.  Clipped my photo to the center doily frame, duplicated the photo enlarged it to fit the transfer and reduced the opacity a bit.  Used the transfer from AP palette Infatuated to clip to the remaining doiley frames.  To finish up the layout I add elements and journaling.

1-18-19  Risa and her best friend posing for a photo at school.  It was wear your pajamas to school day and let me tell you she was thrilled to do so.

I've had this photo forever of this wreath, it's original color is all lavendar and purples.  I wanted to tone it down some so used the Hue and Saturation filter to change the colors.  I love how it now works so well with the Artplay Palette Coolth.

The word "joy" is typed in and I used one of my styles that changed it into a beveled silver typeset.

Moc 5 - Mood Board

For some reason I had a hard time getting started on this challenge and did 6 before this one.  My goal for this year is to be more focused and decided I wanted to incorporate a little humor into it, thus my search for the perfect cross eyed photo.  I actually used a filter on it to make it a bit more painterly so one of my requirements were made.

Process: Chose the BW photo for the dramatic effect, placed on a black backround amd merged the two. Started playing around with some of the gold paint and placing it in various areas to see what worked best. For the gold over the eyes I used AP renew transfer 5 and changed the blend mode to Multiply. I followed the same procedure for the other gold paint. I added the Anew striped paper beneath the photo and masked the photo layer, I used the gradient tool set at about 30 opacity level on the photo layer to bring in the paper underneath. I added sparkles and wordart to finish up the piece.
