Night roamed the earth looking for Day, but could never quite find her.  When Night was in one part of the world, Day would be on the other side.   When you see the dark shape of Night, you can at times feel the utter loneliness as he continues his search for Day.

As time went on Day and Nights’ love grew to include all they encountered, they in turn were loved by all.  All but one!  One day they encountered Jealousy and in their innocence tried to befriend her.  She wanted nothing to do with them, they were everything she wanted to be, but because of the hate she allowed into her soul there was no room for love.  Without love there was no compassion, no charity, no forgiveness…
Only darkness…..destruction…..chaos.

There was one who saw their love from afar and grew more
envious as time went by.  Jealousy was a green eyed monster. 
She preyed upon and devoured those who were fragile and
insecure.  She watched the two from afar, lurking in the
shadows waiting for a sign of weakness, ready to destroy their
special love.  She couldn’t fathom the closeness, the love Day
and Night had for one another.  What she could never
understand she grew to hate.  She allowed the hate to fester
and become infected.
